LETTER TO OUR GUESTS

Dear Guests,

In an effort to keep y’all safe, our housekeepers are following the guidelines of the CDC. This includes giving themselves a safety check before cleaning your cabin and wearing gloves and a mask when cleaning. Surfaces have been disinfected with approved products. All linens and towels have been washed between guests. Each guest receives a new sponge to clean the dishes. We have provided a bottle of disinfectant under the kitchen sink should you wish to disinfect anything during your stay. The hot tub has been cleaned before your arrival and disinfected with spa chemicals.

Prior to your arrival you will be asked to respond to our Screening questions. Please do not attempt to make your trip if you are sick. Let us know and we will work it out!

In an effort to keep our housekeepers safe we ask that upon check-out, you remove your bed linens and put these along with your towels into the 2 laundry bags we have provided. Please leave these inside the cabin next to the front door. We ask that you still follow the other check-out procedures listed in the cabin's manual.

If you develop symptoms during your stay, please contact your doctor immediately as well as the 2-1-1 hotline. Also, it is important that you notify us so we can take the necessary precautions to protect others.

PLEASE PRACTICE the 3Ws (shown in the NC flyer above) when leaving the property. If you encounter other guests or workers on the property please respect the 6’ guidelines for social/physical distancing. We strongly encourage you to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer before venturing into any local businesses.

PLEASE NOTE: many businesses and trails have been closed or have restricted hours due to COVID. Please call ahead and check for trail updates at ncparks.gov/open and NPS.gov

Thank you for your trust and commitment to keeping yourself and others safe.
